If you feel you need to postpone or cancel, we have a NO PENALTY cancellation policy up until 2 hours prior to your start time (within the 2 hours you would be liable for the balance). if you would like to reschedule, we will do our best to find a date and time that works for both of us. If you’ve made any payments and you cancel, your payment would be refunded.
Our weather policy is very simple. We can do bubbles in a light (mist or drizzle) rain. Wind will affect the larger bubbles.

Most parties are between a half hour and an hour, but festivals, fairs, and larger events can be much longer.
